- Tickets are non-transferable from one person to another, or from one event to another. In the unlikely event that Gujarati Kanbi (Kunbi) Dating must re-arrange an event at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances; tickets will be transferred to next event.
- We will refund tickets if we are informed 3 days prior to the event. Please note that the full price of the ticket minus the PayPal charge will be refunded directly into your bank account.
- We will reserve the right to refuse entry to late comers and people without tickets.
- Gujarati Kanbi (Kunbi) Dating aims to offer between 15 and 20 dates at each event but is unable to guarantee this quantity. Gujarati Kanbi (Kunbi) Dating offers an opportunity for meeting people but we can not guarantee that any participant will successfully match with another participant. We also do not guarantee that any successful match between two participants at one of our events will lead to a successful date subsequently.
- We have the right to remove participants from the premises if they cause disruption to other daters. We may refuse to sell tickets to these participants from any future events hosted by Gujarati Kanbi (Kunbi) Dating. In addition we also have the right to refuse sale of tickets to people deemed inappropriate for the event.
- Please note, information regarding participants’ details and comments will not be disclosed at any time before or after the events.

Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort.
- Gujarati Kanbi (Kunbi) Dating events are held at venues over which we have no control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages of any kind at a Gujarati Kanbi (Kunbi) Dating event, you agree to release Gujarati Kanbi (Kunbi) Dating from any liability.
